Just when you thought Pei Wei couldn’t get any better, they added sushi to their menu. Pei Wei recently added four sushi rolls including, a wasabi crunch roll, a teriyaki crunch roll, a spicy tuna roll, and a mango California roll. Both of the crunch rolls are limited time rolls.

“ We wanted to expand the variety of our menu and so far the sushi seems to be a pretty big hit, and we hope to add more rolls to our menu in future,” the manager of the Pei Wei restaurant on Bryant Irvin said.
