Chef Steve Novak has newly joined the FWCD Sage Staff as the food service director. He grew up in a household that had a passion for cooking, and chose to share a family recipe with us. Watch as Chef Novak teaches us how to make a traditional Spanish gazpacho that he learned from his time in Spain.
