Learn about all of the elective options for freshmen, including visual and performing arts, student media, and computer science.

Watch and learn about some returning and some new options for rising Class of 2029 students, as they begin to formulate their ninth grade schedules. All ninth graders will take five academic classes, and one requirement II (or Fine Arts elective) for their freshmen and sophomore year. Hoping this video helps to explain these classes.

Hey friends! My name is Lindsey Elizabeth Bevis, I am 14, and I am a freshman at Fort Worth Country Day. My favorite things to do are hanging out with my friends, skipping to Walgreens, and playing Dress To Impress on roblox (friend me on roblox, I’m joaofelixlover). This is my first year on video, and I chose video because it seemed like a really fun elective. Right now, I am playing field hockey. In the past, I have eaten 16 worms that were still alive, but I also enjoy sweet treats and sunflower seeds. My name is Annabelle Marshall Smith and I’m 14 years old. I’m a freshman at Fort Worth Country Day School and I play soccer for Sting ECNLRL. One really interesting thing about me is that I have a twin sister named Mary Wesley. This is my first year on video and I chose this class because it sounded super fun. Also my friends are all in this class like specifically Avery Harrington. When I hang out with my friends we sit on THE ANDY HARRINGTON’s porch, skip to Walgreens or snap Ben Lindemen. Hey y'all! My name is Avery Caprice (caprisun) Harrington and I am a freshman at Country Day. Something interesting about me is that I am a triplet with THE ANDY HARRINGTON pretty cool right. I have a llama and a goat which is fun, I guess. My favorite sport is soccer and I take goalie lessons on the weekends. This is my first year on video and I joined because Lindsey Bevis influenced me. On the weekends I skip to Walgreens and eat candy corn all day. Hey guys, Lily Elizabeth Krafft here. I am a freshman at Fort Worth Country Day. I chose video due to art fundamentals not showing my true talents. I personally love me some chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and cherries with whipped cream and chocolate sauce from Hersheys. I have a boykin spaniel named Charlie who strongly dislikes Avery and bites her in his free time. I enjoy frolicking in the field hockey fields when the sprinklers come on. My favorite thing to do in my free time is to sit on THE ANDY HARRINGTON'S porch and watch the neighbors. My day consists of waking up and sprinting. I sprint everywhere. 24/7. Day and night.
