Breakfast with Bill #1: a conversation with Bill Arnold and Brian Farda

Marshall Dike, Video Reporter

Welcome to the first installment of Breakfast with Bill,” a chance for our entire community to get to know our Upper School faculty better. The brainchild of our own Upper School Division Head Bill Arnold, “Breakfast with Bill” will occur periodically throughout the school year. Think Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” meets “Late Show with John Corden’s” Carpool Karaoke. If you haven’t seen either, check out a sample here:

Our first attempt is with Upper School history teacher, and track and field and football coach, Brian Farda. Farda has been at Fort Worth Country Day more than 10 years, coaching and teaching world history and AP modern European history. He’s a pretty colorful character; just check out the beard. His darling daughter Misha that he refers to in the piece is the two-and-a-half- year-old who rules his world.
