Fort Worth Country Day Athletic Director Brian Phelps gives his take on student-athletes Kenzi Carter ’20 and Allie Stewart ’20, who have both decided to take their talents to the next level to play collegiate sports. Carter committed to play basketball at Tulane University, and Stewart signed her intent to play soccer for Angelo State University.
