The college football transfer portal gets wilder every year. You see stars at smaller schools get a chance to prove themselves at higher levels of competition, entire teams collapse and lose every player to the portal, and so much more. With this year’s transfer numbers reaching record highs, there are plenty of superstars to follow for this upcoming season. So, let’s take a look at who might be next year’s standouts.
